How to cancel Endurance warranty coverage and check your refund

Locate the agreement and financing arrangement

Find the exact plan name, administrator, purchase date and contract number. Distinguish the duration of coverage from the period over which you are paying for it. Paying installments does not automatically mean the contract renews month by month.

Gather the current balance and payment schedule if there is a separate payment arrangement. Ask how cancellation affects any remaining obligation and where an approved refund would be applied. Keep the service-contract issue and the payment-account issue connected but separately documented.

Use the current Endurance cancellation instructions

Call the customer-support number on the official FAQ or your agreement and ask to cancel the specified contract. The FAQ describes early cancellation within 30 days and later prorated treatment; use its fee and coverage-use qualifications alongside your signed terms. It also describes mileage verification through a Federal Odometer Statement or notarized affidavit.

Ask the representative to send the current cancellation form and explain exactly which mileage document is accepted. Do not pay for notarization merely because another customer needed it; establish what your own request requires.

Keep the request focused during the call

You may be offered a different payment arrangement, transfer or coverage option. If you still want cancellation, clearly distinguish that request from asking for a quote or changing a billing preference. Write down the call date and any reference number.

Before ending the call, ask whether you have only initiated the request or completed all required steps. Request written instructions for outstanding items and confirmation of when coverage will end. That distinction prevents an unfinished form from being mistaken for a completed cancellation.

Prepare and submit an accurate packet

Read every field and certification before signing. Use your actual signature date and the documented mileage required for the requested effective date. If the vehicle was sold, explain why a current odometer photo is unavailable and ask which sale record can be used.

Keep a complete copy of the submitted materials. If a form is returned as incomplete, record the reason and corrected submission date. Ask whether the initial receipt or later completion date controls the calculation instead of guessing.

• Signed cancellation form and agreement identifier.
• Accepted mileage verification for the relevant date.
• Sale, trade or other event evidence when requested.
• Financing or payoff information needed to establish the recipient.
• A saved receipt and the provider’s written next step.

Check the refund and payment status separately

Compare the approved calculation with your contract’s price, usage and permitted deductions. Ask the administrator to itemize the result rather than relying on a rounded amount discussed during a call.

If the contract was paid in installments, ask whether any refund first offsets an outstanding balance. Confirm who issues payment and whether additional billing will occur before the effective date. Do not treat a stopped card payment as proof that the agreement and any separate financing have both ended.
