These Terms govern your use of carwarrantyrefunds.com and the services offered under the Car Warranty Refunds name ("we," "us" or "our"). Use the service only if you can legally enter an agreement, are at least 18, and have authority over the contract and information you submit. Any separate service authorization or checkout terms presented and accepted for a particular request also apply.
Independent warranty assistance
We help you understand vehicle-service-contract cancellation requirements and, if you separately choose it, assist with cancellation administration. We are not your dealer, lender, warranty administrator, insurer or a law firm. We do not sell or issue replacement coverage. Our guides, calculator estimates and reviews are informational and administrative assistance, not legal, tax or financial advice. Provider names identify the relevant provider and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Free review and response commitment
Your policy review and do-it-yourself instructions are free, with no payment card required. We commit to an initial policy-specific response or next step within 10 minutes after a complete policy upload and phone verification, 24/7. An automated receipt alone does not count. The initial response may identify missing information; it is not a promise of a completed cancellation or refund within 10 minutes. Contact your case operator if the response is late. This commitment does not create a charge for a free review.
Your authorization and responsibilities
Uploading a policy authorizes us and our service providers to process it and prepare a review. It does not authorize us to cancel coverage, sign for you or charge you. Paid handling requires separate authorization. Provide accurate information and only documents you are entitled to share; review instructions, facts, calculations and final submissions. You must complete required signatures, identity checks, authentication and other steps requiring your direct action or specific approval.
AI-assisted extraction and reviews can be incomplete or incorrect. Your actual contract, applicable endorsements, law and the provider’s valid requirements control. Notify us of an error before relying on the affected instructions. You remain responsible for deadlines: uploading to this website is not delivery to a dealer, administrator or lender.
Optional handling and fees
If you choose optional cancellation handling, the price is $10 upfront plus 7.5% of the refund actually paid to you or credited to your loan, calculated before our assistance fee. The percentage fee is due only after cancellation approval and processing of the refund. If no refund is processed, no percentage fee is due; the initial $10 remains paid, subject to any refund required by law. Provider cancellation fees and other provider deductions are separate.
For example, a $1,000 processed refund produces a $75 percentage fee plus the $10 upfront payment, for $85 total. This is a pricing example, not a refund estimate. A credit to your lender can trigger the fee even if you receive no cash directly. No recurring subscription is included, and a free review alone creates no payment obligation. Charges require the payment authorization presented to you. We securely save your card with the payment processor named at checkout when you authorize paid handling, and use it for the one-time 7.5% success fee after approval and refund processing are confirmed. A saved card does not guarantee that a later charge will succeed.
Stopping assistance and payment questions
You may ask your case operator to stop further assistance. We cannot necessarily withdraw a request already delivered to a provider or restore cancelled coverage. Stopping assistance does not eliminate a percentage fee already earned under your accepted authorization for a processed refund. Contact us about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges; any refund or cancellation rights provided by law remain available. We will not treat silence as authorization for a new charge or service.
Refunds and loss of coverage
Eligibility, calculation, deductions, refund recipient and timing depend on the contract, applicable law, claims, vehicle use, provider processing and financing arrangements. Refunds may be sent to a lender and applied to a loan balance without changing your monthly payment. We do not guarantee eligibility, an amount, provider approval or a payment date. Cancelling may end valuable coverage and may be irreversible; consider that consequence before authorizing submission.
Service texts
You may request phone-verification texts and agree to service updates, including when your review is ready. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop updates or HELP for help, or contact your case operator. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Requesting service texts does not authorize advertising matching or unrelated marketing.
If you request a one-time upload link before you have your policy, we will send that link only. You can start a review after uploading the complete PDF and verifying your number.
Acceptable use and website content
Do not impersonate another person, upload unlawful material or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or misuse another customer’s data. You retain your rights in your documents and give us permission to use them to deliver the requested service and meet related legal obligations. You may use our instructions and templates for your own request; you may not misrepresent our content as your own commercial service. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Availability, external services and limitations
We may maintain, change or suspend the website, or restrict access for abuse, security or legal reasons. Third-party websites, processors and providers operate independently and may change their requirements or experience outages. Except for express commitments made here or in your accepted service authorization, we provide information and website functionality as available and do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on estimates, third-party delays or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits nonwaivable consumer rights, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or overrides an express obligation we accepted.
Disputes, changes and contact
Contact us with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction. Applicable consumer protections remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date and providing additional notice when required. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted service price or authorization without agreement. You must separately accept any new paid service or material change requiring consent.
